We're based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
We are not ASOS or Amazon, so our items might take a little longer to get to you, but they are processed and packed in our warehouse by a smiling team of real people with friends, hobbies, interests and families.
We use Australia Post for most of our parcel delivery. While delivery is free for orders within Australia, we do charge for overseas shipping.
Sydney to UK: Australia Post 4-6 weeks.
Cost to send one NewbieLove to UK = AUD $20 (approx 10.90 GBP)
Sydney to USA: Australia Post 4-6 weeks.
Cost to send one NewbieLove to USA = AUD $20 (approx 7.75 US dollars)
Sydney to NZ: Australia Post 1-2 weeks.
Sydney to other countries: shipping as stated. Australia Post 4-6 weeks.
RETURNS (FAULTY OR ERROR): In the unfortunate event that your Newbie Love is faulty or there has been an error in your order, we apologise sincerely and ask that you please email our Customer Service department.

RETURNS (CHANGE OF MIND) We dearly want you to be happy with your Newbie Love, and so we understand you may like to exchange for another colour or style. While we can do this (less easily for overseas customers, but we'll help you out), we need to let you know that we do not refund for change of mind.
If you would like to exchange, please send back product in saleable condition within 2 weeks of receiving your Newbie Love. Product must be in their original packaging, be clean, unused and undamaged. We will need proof of purchase. Please allow up to 5 working days after we have received your return for your exchange to be resent out to you. You will pay return postage.
